Mistral's inflatable high quality wing for wingsurfing. With its easy handling, it is suitable for the beginner to the intermediate enthusiast who appreciates quality and Mistral's decades of experience in wind sports. Mistral's Sky Jibe wing has excellent feel and reactivity and is suitable for varying wind conditions thanks to its excellent aerodynamics. 5m2 Sky Jibe wing is best suited for riders over 70kg and light to medium winds (5-13m/s) or for heavier riders in stronger winds. When learning with a funnel board, for example, the wing is also good in light winds.
Sky Jibe's innovative radial cut prevents panel warping, resulting in greater power and feel. The wing has no windows because the aero dynamics of the wing suffer from the change of material and Sky Jibe has not wanted to compromise. The wing has integral fixed grip handles which ensure a good grip at the point that suits you best. The centre handle is easy to grip when changing sides. The fair sized handles are easy to grip, even in winter with stumps.
Folded wingtips minimise water/land contact and make it easier to learn to use the wing, giving you extra control. A ratchet strap ensures that the wing does not slip off. The wing has two separate chambers, each with its own valve.
